there was this fat guy who became the 5th to be fired from the business reality show

He is so mis-understood
Not to mention how bad he carries himself.
Though styled, he sports an unkept look by tissing his hair and adding bangs
which doesn’t complement his sloppy dressing plus maybe oily face.
.
He really got it coming.
For time and again, the one who angered the Project Mngr
gets automatically called back into the board room.
Even when the essential question for terminating an applicant is
whose over-all efforts contributed to the failed event
is not necessarily the one they’re pissed with.
.
Problem with Brent is how he reacted badly to his not-so-good ideas being turned-down.
And make a spectacle to get irreverent, nagging, or hurl all-out attacks to get even.

It’s true no one should be treated with bigotry by how one looks
but taking the high road is even more difficult in such circumstances.
Seems he encountered this often but doesn’t choose his battles wisely.
Through such, he became cynical, selfish, inflexible and unforgiving.
.
Well negative behavior is a big turn-off. Who wants to with someone who bickers a lot abt simple stuff.
In the real world, you got to learn how to play with other "kids" to get ahead.
